Bass Lake Draft House

What's happened to Bass Lake? We have enjoyed eating there since moving here 6 years ago. Tonight was the last straw. Club sandwich was gross bacon tasted old. Almost no turkey. Fries were mushy and way over salted. Wife got the bacon cheeseburger and it was cold and gross. Bun was stale. Menu has changed a lot recently we don't know why. Sad as this used to be one of our favorites.

Everyone in our group had a great meal. We sat in the bar area which was very busy. The only complaint was the meatloaf was only warm, not hot but the taste wasn't affected.

Came to watch the State v. Carolina game 11/29. The food was great and our server (Beverly) was excellent and very attentive. I had the bacon, blue garlic burger and house made chips. Delicious!

This is a review for take out and dine in. My sister recently dined in here (got me take out) and she mentioned the service was extremely slow. She is a waitress so she can understand to a certain point. Her waitress seemed distracted by other people she was attending to at the bar. As if her table was an inconvenience to her. Long story short everyone got their lunch an hour after it was ordered, all coming out at different times. She ordered take out and even that came out before one of her friends meals who was sitting at the table. Waitress was short with my sister and the table. My buffalo salad however was delicious. The candied pecans were a compliment to the lunch. Large portion of buffalo wings. I enjoyed my meal. Hopefully service is better next time!

Avoid this place at all costs. One of us waited 30 minutes for a single beer, and the rest of us sat for over an hour with no food. After 50 minutes, they came to reconfirm our order like we had just arrived. The food only showed up after we asked for the manager 4 times. Instead of a manager, a guy pretending to be one came out (the one in the video), full of attitude, and actually said: “There are so many messed up things going on in the world and you’re complaining about not getting your food?” It was aggressive and completely unprofessional. When the real manager finally showed up, she didn’t help either. She accused us of making two of her servers cry, despite the fact that only one person came out with the food.
