The ice cream is good but way too expensive for what I got. This small sundae was $10. Not worth it In my opinion. You can get three scoops and then some at the creamery! I could also get something similar from sonic and be way cheaper.
Baskin-Robbins used to be the friendly ice cream place. Now they nickel-and-diming like it’s luxury dessert. If I’m already paying $7 for two scoops of ice cream, the cherries should be free-flowing. The day when people realize this is a scam, ill be ready to protest.
Would be beneficial to have staff that can perform customer service skills other than “k what else”. Very rude staff the blonde girl in the pony tail definitely should not work in customer service!!
Ever since I was a kid I always loved Baskin Robbins ice cream! My favorite is the chocolate milk shakes! I know I'm boring, but that's what I love! I am so happy that they came back to West Monroe!🥰
Absolutely stellar service!! Thank you ladies! but the worst ice cream I’ve ever tasted in my life. 🤮🤮 I am never going here again.
