I order a cake from Baskin-Robbins in Wales. And I will never order from them again. I get a called 30 minutes before pick up and was told cake is not ready due to decoration not being delivered. I was told to come later close to closing time which they close at 10 or 11 pm. I explained to them I can't and that I was going inside that I was just parking in their parking lot. I came inside the store and was told the same. That there is nothing they could do about it that I could get my $5.00 refund back. I told them it not okay. I should get a call early today not last minute. And I ask if there was any other option for decoration and they said no. I ask for a discount for the inconvenience and was told no am not allow to do it. I ask well can I speak with someone that is able to and he cal
I went here with my daughter & got something for each of us that tasted like almost nothing. My daughter said it tasted like freezer burned ice cream with some lightly chocolate flavored pieces stuck in it. Terrible. Would never order again.
Doesnt speak english. Not listed of upcharges for customization. False advertising. Doesnt tell you about upcharges
Say online and on door that they are open til 11pm, we got there at 10pm and they were closing.
CLOSES AT 11!!! Denied service at 10:40!!
