Sign read, "At lunch be back soon." This was 2pm! Waited with my son to see a lady get out of her car 10 minutes after sitting outside and waiting. We weren't greeted nor even eye contact, and when opening the door she did not have the courtesy to welcome or hold the door for us to go in. Why would I stay? My business is elsewhere. Thanks for crushing my son's spirit, girl. Manager needs to now handle this.
Never go here again. This place need to be shutdown ASAP. Creepy Manger can't fix anything so he told me contract customer service. I did...but nothing happened. The little things that count.
Been a patron for a long time. But they are now skimping on their scoops and have been for a while. 8oz for a 2 scoop cup they have done about 6.5 for the same charge. You should get what you pay for. More training or new ownership is needed. Do better
Classic standard Baskin Robbins spot. We had a blizzard like thing that was good. Service was fine too.
Great place to take my small kids for a nice ice cream snack. I do agree with other reviewers that its a shame that the prices are going up gradually but we must remember were we are and it seems everything in the area is getting pricey. Regardless, the staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is always tasty and satisfying.
