Not only me but several other cars were waiting outside, confused, because most of us pulled up around 8:40… to see that the lights are shut off and the open sign is off 🤦🏻‍♀️ Losing out on business and constantly closing at a different time from what is said on the website is so dumb. Just change the time on Google LOL!!!

We pulled in at 9:00pm and they were closed when google says they are open, and they don’t close until 10:00pm

Me and my mother went in at around 8:30 for some milkshakes as it was 30 minutes before closing. We saw a young girl in front of us get turned away but we figured they just didn’t have something. I simply ordered a medium chocolate milkshake and get told “I’m out”. The young boy in a southeastern shirt just said he served his last two or whatever. In my opinion they cleaned the blenders early and just didn’t wanna clean them again despite it not being closing time. I was sick and just wanted a milkshake, but no couldn’t have that because the workers tonight just seemed lazy, unhappy, and quiet. Especially when we walked in, but the girl working seemed nice. Every single time I go to get ice cream they are mysteriously closed early. Soemtimes an hour or two before it says online. If they actually close at 8 then that needs to be online so that others don’t waste their time like me.

Worst ever. Service and all. The girls are not trained, don’t want to work. I drove 30mins to treat my children all to get there and was told that I couldn’t get Ice cream because I asked a question about waffle cones not being in a kids cup. Talk to the manager who says she own the place as well and to be told I was going to get my ice cream for my children who had been waiting for 30 mins plus all to get told they sold out the ice cream I wanted. It has to be a better place in Hammond. Especially if the manager says she’s black own and independent what about the other lives that matter and children and I am black wow
