Baskin-Robbins

The food was okay. We tried the new cookie butter cold brew coffee and donut. They had more maple than I anticipated. The hashbrowns were oily and soft. None of it was bad, but we probably won't be back for awhile. Also, none of the workers seemed happy or anything. Very tense atmosphere.

What a horrible place. Thought 31 flavors... Um nope just 16 of which one had hair in it. Thought employees were supposed to wear gloves when handling food. Apparently not here. And no hair net and some curly black hair flowing around after he fussed with his ball hat. Employees seem to not be informed of what items are for sale here. Seemed lost when she told me shakes were 10 each. Kinda sad, used to love going here but it seems it's time to move on. And take a gander at what 3 ish inches of solid ice looks like in the ice cream display, hmm maybe time to defrost just saying.

terrible service waited 20 minutes in line with two people infront of me, once i got to counter i paid and ask for a milkshake and 25 minutes go by and im still waiting, the baskin robin side was abandon and not one of the workers even tried to make my shake. They were atleast 5 or more girls working and they were laughing and gossiping. girls need more training😂

Ordered three sundaes, was told the hot fudge machine pump is broken so no hot fudge, first off, are you too dumb to scoop it out with a spoon? So then I ask for the peanutbutter sauce instead and they put nothing on top of my sundaes. Too busy sitting there on their phones instead of paying attention to orders. 8pm Thursday night.

Great spot for late night ice cream!! Friday late night staff was AWSOME!! Came here just before closing and everyone was pleasent and friendly!! Delicious ice cream too!! We will be back for sure!! :)
