Baskin robbins is our happy place to go me and my son always go here to have a date.. But just right now the girl who served us so very rude. We are patiently waiting for our turn because she’s serving the other customer she evenly served the guy seems same age of her she even compliment the guy about the guys age. But it’s not my point, she so rude she slam the icecream freezer door the scooper she even drop our order she’s not nice like the other crew. Maybe because we are asian that’s why she treat us like that or maybe because im carrying a plastic of ginger. I hope the manager can read this. After she served us we still eat there and sit for a few minutes. Customers came and she treat them well. Im just sad and feel humiliated. I feel so sorry for my son because its our happy place b

The Blue Ribbon Special is my new favorite ice cream. I got two shakes, small, and they were made quick. The staff was very speedy making them, and paying was a breeze. No Apple Pay like other locations though.

Worst experience ever. Customer service was very bad and ice cream was ridiculously overpriced

Ya kinda wasn't expecting this,as the store employee at the stearns location after ordering slams down the equipment as he made my order and slams the order down on the counter. All because he wanted to go home at the end of his shift. No customer should ever be treated like this. No matter what. December 17th. Fix it thanks
