Baskin-Robbins

I went here with my daughters and this place is really nice! The worker’s here are very friendly, they attend quick and it’s a comfortable environment. I’ve gone to other Baskin Robins and usually they don’t have the banana split but lucky here they have it. We also got the berry smoothie mix and it tastes really good, especially for the heat. They gave us a drink to try in a small cup, it was the cappuccino blast. It tasted amazing I would order it the next time I come here.

My family was excited to visit this Baskin-Robbins location after its recent renovation, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The store only had 8 flavors available—hardly the variety you’d expect from a Baskin-Robbins. Even when I tried to make the most of the limited options, I found that the freezers and blenders were constantly broken, which meant no milkshakes or sundaes. How can a place specializing in ice cream not keep its equipment functional? To top it all off, the management’s customer service is awful. They are unresponsive, rude, and don’t seem to care at all about the experience they’re providing. It’s clear that this location is being run very poorly, and it’s a shame because it has so much potential.

I called to check if the ice cream bars I wanted were available. I drove 25 mins and waited in the drive thru to be told they did not have the ice cream flavor they swore they had on the phone. Then proceeded to gaslight me by saying I called the laplata branch when clearly my call log shows this location.

I have visited this location often over the past 6 years. Service is good. The staff is courteous and efficient for the most part. I visit now mainly for the "freshpack" ice cream. Some staff actually "weigh" the container! They are just following orders. I like it better when they just packed it "tight". I notice staff is younger and less personable then in the past. The wait time in drive through is minimal as a rule. Overall they meet my needs and I will continue to patronize them.

Went to order some ice cream. The lady taking our order was very impatient and just asked “is that all, is that all” every 5 seconds. After we figured out our order she so rudely didn’t tell us our total and said “just pull up”. Please teach these people some customer service. Highly disappointed and won’t return.
