Today I went to buy 2 ice creams of 12oz. A lady that worked there served me a small amount into the tubs. Round the cup it was empty like if there were ice cream missing. But it’s always the same lady who serves it wrong. The ice cream in general is good but it makes me mad that she doesn’t give me my moneys worth. I went another time and a different lady served me the tubs full of ice cream. I would like to put an image of my ice cream and how it looks, but I can’t.
We love to go to this baskin Robbin’s. My husband loves the milkshakes & the kids & I love to get different kind of scoops. All time favorites are chocolate chip cookie dough, cotton candy, rainbow sherbet & peanut butter n chocolate. The kids also love to get the character cups with the hats.
Ice cream is amazing and from what I've experienced, the staff is super nice. I've only ever had 2 ladies i ordered from. One of them (who seems newer) is okay. But the other seems more experienced and been there longer is so kind and really helpful. The ice cream is always amazing. Icing on the cake is my favorite 😍
Hi The girl at the store dont care about delivery drivers or mobile order . Waiting at BR more than 10 minutes and they are taking another orders must respect all persons at store 👎👎👎👎👎
Very bad service waitee for half an hour for doordash pickup she replied after long time that we dont have these items👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
