Baskin-Robbins

The Ice Cream was delicious. Beach Day Ice Cream was fantastic with Salted Vanilla and Graham Crackers and Chocolate Truffle and Frosting Bits. My second favorite was Pistachio Almond Ice Cream with Pistachios and Almonds. The atmosphere is fabulous and I loved the lights and tables. Customer Service was wonderful by Aidan, Shyan, and Christan

This Baskin-Robbins truly went above and beyond for my son’s birthday. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, helping me coordinate a surprise birthday cake for him while he’s away at college and I couldn’t be there in person. Their thoughtfulness made a special day even more meaningful for our family.

Sigh. We love baskin robbins. Every year we get an ice cream cake for the kids. This year, the cake was not what we expected. Thankfully it tasted good. Picture of what I ordered and what I received (the fin fell off completely and I had to smush it back on). My two year old was terrified and the adults laughed.

I usually never leave reviews for baskin robins but I got uber eats from this place for my girl she’s pregnant and was craving a banana split and how does a split come with no banana make that make sense no banana glad u had bananas around the house

Once I noticed these large discolored chunks of ice in 3 of the ice creams I asked the lady if it happened often and she just chuckled and didn’t respond and proceeded to pick out the chunks of ice and asked what kind we wanted. I told her that is unsanitary and we left. I don’t fell comfortable eating that or letting my child eat that. It looks like large chunks of this side freezer ice fall into the ice cream and probably melt in there with whatever germs are in there. With these Iarge chunks of ice, the workers just pick them out but clearly aren’t concerned and don’t stay in tip of it. That’s so unsanitary, gross. I spoke to someone else and she said she looked at the chairs and tables and saw how much gunk and dirt were on them and she too left with her children without ordering.
