Baskin Robbins

Im not sure about the other reviews about this location. For me it was my first time here buying the banna split they had under the promotion. I came in today at around 8:00pm. I was skeptical coming in because of the other reviews, but as soon as I went inside I had the totally opposite experience. Very clean inside and the staff there was very nice. The person assisting us was very nice and friendly, let us try samples for the flavors, asked us questions and gave us great recommendations, helped explain the promotion and made a great banana split! I believe it was Nathaniel who had served me and he was wonderful. Needless to say I will 100% come by again and stop by for ice cream again!

First of all, our orders took forever to come, our milkshakes were completely melted, and the cashier combined our last two orders. Which if it was just that, it would be fine because people make mistakes but it was not. I'm never going here again. It's not worth my time, go to Papas Treat Shoppe instead smh.

Tried to go in and get ice cream, but they have four employees making drive-through orders and apparently ignore the inside guests. The people in front of us in line had been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to take their order and no one had talked to them yet. I asked if they took customers inside and everyone just stared at me. As we left, I noticed a single car in the drive through.

We have gone multiple times to this location and each time there is something wrong with our order. Our order is usually missing something or it’s the wrong item. We also have to repeat our orders at least three times.

Received an email saying I had a free 4 oz ice cream. Tried to redeem it. Says in email, redeem. Brings me to app, the app will only let me order and pay for it. Went round and round wasted over 10 minutes with the manager. Ended up leaving the store frustrated and without the free ice cream they said I could have. Apparently the manager doesn't have enough skill or common sense to just override the system and give me the free ice cream. Will be uninstalling the app, removing them from email and will never go back to that Baskin-Robbins on Fairfield if I ever go to any BR again. One of those places that promise to give you something for free and in the end it's a lie. Bait and switch.
