Baskin-Robbins

Just went through the drive thru and unexpectedly bit into wrapper. Once I looked I realized they tried to use a broken cone inside , and even if that was the case I don’t understand who wouldn’t have taken the wrapper off. Super inconvenient to be driving and trying to figure out how to not eat paper inside of an ice cream cone? I fear this should have been common sense. Disgusting

This was my first time visiting this location. I got a mocha ice cream coffee? (Sorry I don’t remember the actual name, it was possibly mocha latte I’ll update my review when I purchase again) It was sooooo good! Also the girl who helped me was very sweet! The inside of this location is also noticeably very clean and I appreciate things like that. Will return again and highly recommend.

Walked in with my kids, they were excited their very first time here and ready for some Baskin Robbins. No other customers and we were 100% ignored by 3 employees, no greeting, no offer of help, we were in there for a while. So we just decided to leave and as we were walking out they all started laughing at us. RUDE RUDE RUDE.

Customer service is below average, but worst of all they never have any favors like nutty coconut, daiquiri ice lemon and etc. having to drive to another location just to get those flavors makes this location irrelevant

I visit this Baskin Robbins once a week. Thanks to Caleb, Devan, and Levi for the great customer service.
