Always good but line is always long(more like always busy). Not a big deal they are pretty quick & alway nice & apologetic. Its never as slow as the really old one in Fayetteville by Hwy54👎🏽.

I come here sometimes as a treat sometimes so Monday I treated my child for ice cream and she had a whole fly in her ice cream. We usually go in so I can inspect my surroundings but this particular day I went through the drive though. They was kind to refund me but be careful eating here!

I ordered a brownie sundae got no brownie just 2 scoops if ice-cream wow that's what we are doing I would like a remake or a refund that was the whole reason I ordered it

Drive-thru insanely impatient. The inside closes 1 hour before the drive-thru, and they don't list their ice cream flavors on the marquee. Constantly asking "anything else" after each item is so rude. Just wait for the customer to say "and that's all." I will tell everyone to go to a different location. Oh, and no mint chocolate chip, which is a top 3 flavor across the country....

The worst baskin Robbins ever we came and they said they didn't sale mint chocolate chip ice cream like what....and then when we ordered the other ice cream after everything we ordered the lady at the speaker box kept saying "anything else" like that is so rude. WORST experience ever. We got to the window and the lady didn't even speak, just stuck her hand out for the payment....like you're in customer service...learn to acutally serve people.
