I am so disappointed in the cake that I ordered for my daughter's birthday. When I checked it before I left, I noticed right away that the writing was sloppy. Then, I noticed "HAPPY" was spelled wrong! REALLY!!!!! I asked, "Can you fix this?" I was told no. I left with the cake since it was prepaid as I ordered it online. After a call to customer service, I was told the owner will call me within two days. WE will see.

Most of the staff are great, friendly, and go above and beyond. But there are a few bad apples there that earned them two stars. There is one guy that will avoid eye contact so he doesn’t have to take your order and rather force you to use the kiosk. The manager is one of the worst. I had ordered an ice cream cake online and reserved it a month in advance. The morning of the event, I went in and they didn’t have it. After they investigated, the manager said they got the order a month ago and got the cake then, when I didn’t pick it up they put it in the freezer to sell. He then gaslit me and asked “who puts in an order a month in advance?” He refused to do a charge back. There was no reasoning with this guy, I left and filed a complaint with my credit card and got my money back. I only

I asked about dairy free options, which Baskin-Robbin’s corporate page says they carry. I thought I could bring my grandson there for dessert. He can’t tolerate cows milk. All they had that was dairy free was daiquiri sherbet. A pretty weird flavor and not really fit for a child. So, they state the are vegan friendly but don’t provide the product. Ableist pandering strikes again. Do better Baskin-Robbins.

Went to buy 2 prepackaged quarts of ice cream which I usually buy at another Baskins Robbins. Looked at the posted price, asked for the 2 quart prepackaged price, clerk ran up a price over $2.00 more. When I pointed out the posted prices he said those weren't right, he didn't know about any 2 quart prepackaged pricing and said there was nothing he could do. Did he pocket the difference? I won't be back. Correct your prices, which are higher than other Baskin Robbins.

Don’t go here for any pre-designed sundaes (like a banana split or one of their layered sundaes) because even though they are on the BR website (& in the case of the banana split still on the store’s menu board), they don’t offer them anymore. Just some kiddie ones and the boring sundaes with a sauce and whipped cream. Won’t be back. And I’ll take my Dunkin’ business to another location as well.
