Baskin-Robbins

This isn't a big deal but I went into BR a couple of days ago and asked for a quart of both seasonal flavors displayed on the poster board on the front of the store. Not only did they not have 1 of the 2 flavors but I felt like my $10 pint was skimped with only maybe $7 worth. Not a bad visit just something to be mindful of to ensure you get your monies worth.

Came in to get some ice cream and place an order for a full sheet birthday cake. Unfortunately left really disappointed with Jacqueline’s customer service. She was being very rude when I was trying to place my order and looking at the designs they offered. After trying to rush me to make a decision on picking a cake design they offered I mentioned to I would come another day she just rolled her eyes and walked away mumbling to her coworkers about me & how I didn’t want to place my order. I don’t understand how someone would feel comfortable placing an order when someone is being nasty towards them for no reason. Especially considering that they had no other customers. When I mentioned to her the reason I didn’t want to place an order was bc of her poor attitude she dismissed me. I really h

This is our go to spot for ice cream. First time getting the hot fudge sundae. They hooked it up.

The girl litteraly had her long hair dangling over the ice cream as she scooped it. Very sloppy banana split, and huge cone ordered with a mediocre scoop on top. I won't be returning.

Order a two-scoop sundae but why is a single scoop bigger than my sundae? I used my bogo 50% off coupon but I still paid the full price of the sundae. Service was slow to help but when he did, he still had a scoop of my ice cream in a cup while talking to another customer. He was distracted. I often come here and service is great, just not this time.
