Had a fantastic experience at the Ottawa Dunkin Donut store today! They put together my order of 3 dozen bagels and 3 dozen donuts with lightening speed! Their team was top notch and so helpful! Thanks to each member working today!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointed I come here often for ice cream and coffee but tonight I stopped for ice cream bc it’s march 31st 31% off scoops and it’s 7:40 pm the lobby is closed mind you I was just here last week to get ice cream at 8:30 and the lobby was closed so I get in my car and go through the drive through to be told they don’t have ice cream bc they are cleaning their freezer! Ok then I ask for a strawberry banana smoothie and was told they didn’t have strawberries or bananas so I got a refresher and some munchkins when I went to drive to the first window to pay a car cut me off and then got a coffee and a bag and sat there for five minutes talking so I pulled off! Do better Haskins don’t have a promotion then close everything

It's BNR I only like one flavor of ice cream it was delicious

Only 12 flavors of ice cream available. This is a shared Duncan Donuts / Baskin Robbins location. Seems that they don't do either well. The parking lot is tiny and traffic is unidirectional. One has to circle the back of the buulding fighting the drive thru traffic to access the parking lot. Was not worth the time it took to get off the interstate.

The crew this morning was outstanding. Quick and efficent. The only problem was they didn't have chocolate ice cream but at least they had the best flavor World Class Chocolate. We weren't able to leave a tip because they didn't have a tip jar.
