Bought an ice cream cake for my grandson on December 22, 2025 for his 4th birthday. On the box, it stated oreo ice cream but when we cut the cake it was not oreo. The ice cream is candy cane ice cream. I am very disappointed as well as my grandson because he likes oreo ice cream.

One of the female servers today Aug 25, 2025 @ 8pm used her fingers to swipe ice cream back into the container while hand packing our order of ice cream. No gloves. And besides, she only placed three and a half scoops of ice cream into a regular quart. It would have been better to order a three scoop sundae.

I love their Ice cream.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else however .. this is the second time I go 15 minutes to close and they have everything packed up ready to close and tell my family that they are closing and can not serve us.. after having a conversation with the staff and pointing out that the sign outside says 10pm and it’s 9:45pm they tell me they can only do scoops of Ice cream and not any shakes or anything else. I understand they staff are young and want to leave early but it comes off as rude to have 15 minutes till close and not be welcomed to an establishment. I have also came on the weekends at a similar time with a different staff member (slightly older Assyrian gentleman) and have had a great experience here.

I haven't been to a Baskins in years. My first time trying it again and I won't be back. The ice cream tastes freezer burnt and had big chunks of ice throughout it. Also all I got was a single scoop on a child's cone and it was $5!! Was over priced!!
