Came at 8 30 drove all the way here he shut the ice cream down. Why it's open we called to make sure it's open
Had an issue with rude service & 1/3 of the container full and paid for a full pint. I called and Crystal the Manager from their Clearwater store took the call & was very apologetic and wanted to right the issue 200%. I went back to the store to get the correct amount of ice cream & a delightful young lady took care of me and was informed by Crystal what had happened. Daniyah was sweet, kind, normal, responsible, reliable, social, really enjoyed speaking to a customer, enthusiastic about her job and really went above & beyond to Right the issue I had prior that day. Thank you so much Crystal & Daniyah!
Opening hours are wrong, staff are there but stop serving ice cream by the time we got there at 6.40pm
