I do not recommend ordering an ice cream cake online for pick up from here. They send it out to a third-party baker/decorator, and it appears that no one in store actually tracks the order once it has been sent out. I ordered my daughter's birthday cake 12 days in advance and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. They went looking in the back and then told me the baker had not called them to tell them she couldn't make the cake so they didn't know it wasn't there until I showed up expecting to pick it up. I was left without a birthday cake hours before my daughter's birthday party. It was awful. The staff was polite and refunded me.

This place is really dirty. I don't mean like they were just having a busy day and couldn'tkeep up.......but like this place hasn't been cleaned in a few weeks....or ever! All of he surfaces were all coated with a layer of dust and grime, the floors were extremely sticky, and the corners had packed dirt in them, even the containers were the ice cream spoons are placed for the customers were grimy, not just on the edges but in the bottom, as if they had not been wased in ages. The inside of the ice cream freezer edges and glass were noticeably filthy with dried drips and crusty stuff.

the ice cream was delicious!! the service was very fast the employees were very kind. however the atmosphere was not so good it is very dirty it doesn't look like it's cleaned to often and the bathroom is absolutely disgusting its cleary never cleaned the floors were sticky and had dirt all over them and the mirror was so dirty. however i would highly recommend the reeses peanut butter ice cream.

Just left this place and will never go back. The girl behind the counter was nice, but the managers/owners are very rude. It was 10:20 pm and they made us leave. The website says closes at 11 pm, and they were telling me it closes it at 10: 30 pm. Either way there was still 10 min left, but they did not care. I would NOT recommend this Baskin-Robbins and and will take my business elsewhere!

Arrived at 2145. Greeted by being told I had less than 5 minutes until they closed (sign posted said 2200). My little brother orders a mint chocolate chip and is told he cannot have mint chocolate chip (even though you can clearly see the carton of it in the display) because it was brand new and they were saving it for tomorrow. Ridiculous. We were yelled at every minute until closing "4 minutes!" - "3 minutes!" etc. 6 of us entered the store wanting ice cream, but only 2 of us ended up getting anything.
