Baskin-Robbins

I placed an order through Uber Eats at the Baskin-Robbins on 14305 Miramar Parkway, and the items I ordered were not available. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and communication was nearly impossible since they only spoke Spanish. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I hope this location improves their customer service and communication skills, because no one should have to deal with this.

Been to this ice cream shop for a couple of times. They're always out of waffle cones, strawberry, and few other common flavors of ice cream. One time there was just one employee managing Orders for ice creams as well as Dunkin donuts since its a combination store. We used to come here all the way from Doral. You'll find the store busy and crowded almost every time maybe coz of its prime location.

Staff was nice but did not understand what we were asking for. The garbage bins were overflowing with trash (both of them). But worst of all, the ice cream was warm and melted from the moment she tried to scoop it. Perhaps not surprisingly, it melted on the cone and started falling all over the sides.

We enjoy a lot our ice cream, the girl in the register was so nice and friendly with us, the best for best of everything is the price between other ice cream place prices

No matter what time of day the service is horrible. It takes up to 20 mins for someone to acknowledge your presence. Then nobody knows how to do anything right. They need to hire more people that ACTUALLY WANT to work. On top of that seems like there’s never ice cream in stock smh Update they don’t even give you a FULL scoop or cup. A true disappointment
