The “manager” has a bad attitude . Short girl blonde hair . I’ve been coming for at least 3 years. Every time with her extreme poor customer service . After this I will not be returning. She rushes your ordering and does not make your order correct. Spoke over me the whole time . As a customer as well it’s never nice for an employee to be babysitting their grown child and just hearing mom mom mom at the counter. In my opinion that’s ridiculous and unwelcoming for my order to be incorrect due to your attention being focused on your child. The last few times at least 20+ . I always go for a cappuccino her child is always there . I miss the smiley faces and happy demeanor. I use to always be greeted by Sofia, Cynthia, Emily or even Anthony occasionally. Me voy a quejar page mucho por 2 helados y están tristes 😔. I feel like every time I get this, a certain employee their serves me ice cream scoops so small. Ive seen other employees scoop at least 2 or 3 times but this employee only scoops once and i feel like it's too small. I prefer other employees now to scoop my ice cream other than her

Worse service ever I walked in waiting for service and felt like I wasn't even seen no greeting no one second I'll be right with you nothing so disappointing I just walked out
