Stopped in to get milkshakes. Was told at 8:30 pm Saturday they were not making milkshakes, I asked why and she said just because. Ok. So, we could only get ice cream or floats. We decided on Dr. Pepper floats. The worker filled up our cups with ice cream… packed the cups full and handed them back to us and pointed at the fountain drink machine and told us we had to get our own soda. WHAT? We barely were able to get any as it did nothing but foam and basically make a mess. I’ve never been to a self service ice cream shop until now. They were friendly but not the best experience.

It was a very laid back and calm atmosphere. I had no clue what to order but it finally all came together with the help of the staff. They had a lot of patience and were super friendly. I ended up getting Oreo cookies and cream ice cream with melted marshmallows on top and an upside down sugar cone on top of it all!! Super good!!

All of the workers at this location were super nice and Erik went above and beyond for my small request of putting ice cream inside the actual cone! Any other BR workers tell me “oh sorry we can’t do that our scoop is too big” he said “sure I can do that for you, I’ll just use a spoon.”

I ordered one flavor and got a different one, even after clarifying and pointing at it. I also asked for a waffle cone, and was given a cup. The packaged food my boyfriend got (a zebra cake) was dry and tasted expired. Poor experience, but I don’t know what I was expecting from a gas station.

Had hair in milk shake so they remade another one and had hair in that one too. Not surprising because their hair was everywhere and not using hair nets! Disgusting!!
