Customer service could be better! No smiles no welcomes, just staring at you like what do you want. Definitely not the vibe. It’s not one time it’s every time I go.

I am a frequent customer and my husband stopped by to buy my favorite ice cream and they literally sent it to me empty, how horrible

Don’t come to this location…they cheat you out of ice-cream. The hand-packed cartons are so skimpy…I’ve never had them with such little ice-cream inside. They don’t pack the ice-cream down into the carton. They’re not pleasant either. They need to work on their customer service!

Since when did they start charging extra for whipped cream on milkshakes? This is the first time I have ever been charged for that, plus I was not told that there would be an extra fee which would have allowed me to decline if I wanted to. I did not know about the additional fee until I looked at the bill. I am not sure if that is a new thing or something specific to this location but I am unimpressed... I'll stick with R Burger, their shakes come with whipped cream and are much better!

If I could give this a 0 stars I would! My parents just left after purchasing a birthday cake. The woman claimed my dad added a tip to the transaction when paying when he didn’t and they charged him 7 dollars. The Asian lady idk if she was the manager but she was extremely rude and the employee definitely needs better customer service training. This basking Robins is the worst by far and Will not be coming back. After years of coming to this location, it’s disappointing to see how horrible this place is. Be careful when paying! They definitely sneak in tips without you knowing and act stupid afterwards.
