I’ve always been a huge fan of ice cream, but the Reese’s Layered Sundae at this Gainesville location is on a whole different level! The combination of peanut butter, chocolate chips, and rich ice cream is absolutely to die for. Beyond the treats, the staff here is incredible. They are always smiling, generous, and provide wonderful customer service. As someone who also works in the service industry, I truly appreciate the hard work and kindness this team shows every time I visit!

I’m a Dubai chocolate fanatic & couldn’t wait to try it at B&R! I have never been to the Gainesville location & decided to get it there. I went in & ordered it & the lady looked extremely confused. She looked around & goes Idk how to make it but I’ll try. I asked if anyone could assist her & she said no.. someone was in the back but they were busy. I was going to leave at that point until another worker came out & I asked him to make it. He said he didn’t know how but would do it. He gets a small cup & puts 2 scoops of ice cream in it & then proceeds to put a ton of hot fudge on it. The lady comes back over complaining that they need someone to make those that she only did cakes. He showed me the cup & goes does this look ok? I go well it’s not layered or in the right cup. I was disappoint

No matter what people say - best ice cream chain place is Baskin-Robbins 😉 If you are coffee lover like me, get their oreo n Cold brew ice cream! Definitely one of the best flavor to ever exist heheh (Surprisingly they got ice cream pizza..??? What the heck LOL)

Our family of five decided to give this place a chance and skip Brusters. Staff were not pleasant at all. We bought five sundae's and each had different sized portions. No consistency at all. Out of all the young ladies working, only 1 was nice. The others asked what we'd like, then rolled their eyes and began to make our order. Hot fudge was piled on 1 side of our sundae. We'll be going to Brusters where the staff and price is absolutely amazing! May I suggest sending your staff to a customer service class or be present to observe how rude they are to your customers. By the way, if you'd like to address the young ladies, we visited Friday, June 27th at 6:45pm. $7 for a 2 tiny scoops of ice cream is a ripoff!

Just had a fantastic ice cream cake (Dolphin). Quality and flavor were excellent and they did special request. Thank you!
