Awful attitude, and didn’t give us any of what we paid for. The young woman working tried to get us to refund our online order instead of making the two layered sundaes we’d already paid for, and then took about ten minutes to put two scoops of ice cream in a large cup with a squirt of hot fudge and decided that was good enough.

Very unpleasant experience. I have been there once before and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had a bad day before... But no, rude employee. Acts like it is an inconvenience to serve people. She brings the vibe of the place so far down you'd think twice about ever wanting to go back. Good luck to who ever owns that store. You'll be losing a lot of business because of her. Oh and one more thing she treats that male employee like trash.

Now they charge fifty cents extra for a small cone No one does this! It's like charging for the tortilla with a taco. The amount of ice cream depends on the one scooping it. Service is fast and they have a big turnover of help. Young and don't know much about the job. Always good ice cream

Hit and miss. The woman in the morning is fantastic. She's fast, efficient, and remembers all her regulars orders. Careful ordering ice cream in the afternoons though. They oddly will try and short you. One of the managers trains staff to use a kids scoop on multi scoop orders and to make each scoop as hollow as possible but make it look"fluffy" around the edges. Fortunately most of the employees have a little more integrity or less will to run into conflict than this clown but it's worth watching out for.
