Baskin-Robbins

Employees refused to talk to us and walked out of the store, leaving no one behind the counter to help the customers. Went for their annual 80 cent scoop promotion. Employees said they didn't know how to do the promotion and try in the app. The app said the store was closed (it was obviously not closed, us and a dozen other customers were in there 1+ hour before closing). Ordered a cake for a party on Christmas. We were told on the phone that they were open until 5 on Christmas, so we had the pickup at 3. Went to pickup the cake and they were closed and nobody was there. Tried calling the number for over a week and nobody would ever answer, so we finally went in person to speak to somebody about what happened. Manager tried to just hand us the cake, which was completely deformed and probably inedible at this point, as if nothing had happened. We obviously refused the cake and asked for a refund, which we were told was impossible since the owner wasn’t there. Manager said the owner would call the next day. The owner never called, but the manager did and said we had to come BACK in and get the refund. We said to just refund the card, he said no, we said send

Horribly run restaurant, do not go here. I ordered a sundae and small ice cream through door dash. Dasher waited at the restaurant was told by the cashier that they had no orders. After the dasher showed them the receipt, they still refused to make the order and sent him on his way. I tried calling baskin robins twice, no answer both times.

So I'm from Charlotte NC were the customer service is a lot different. I just had the worst experience ever at a Dunkin Baskin Robbins. There was at least 3 workers sitting on the counters one eating an orange, putting the peelings on the counter. The guy that took my order was on his phone and didn't even speak to me. I had to ask if he was ready to take my order. No way would I ever go back or even recommend anyone to ever go to that customer service Dump! I wish I could give - 5 stars. They should fire the whole staff and start over. The only positive thing was the coffee was good and that is it. 👎

Manager and employees DO NOT WEAR disposable gloves while serving ice creams. No hair nets employee handles cash and scoops ice cream with unwashed hands .
