Unbelievable heartbreaking 💔 I ordered a large cappuccino blast today 8:30 PM July 6 And all you taste is thick dice crushed ice 🧊 I can’t seem to find anyone in Staten Island that knows how to to make anything the proper way in Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin-Robbins every day they got these new hires that are not trained properly so the service becomes extremely horrible. I force myself to buy a $10 blast and I get the worst service.

Order at your own risk. If you place an order and need to modify or cancel you CANNOT call this location ( despite the instructions that are sent in the email after ordering ) because the number is not in service. I tried making complaints both in the store and customer service and all they do is apologize. How can you run an establishment where people are pre paying for orders on your website and the only way you can contact is by physically coming into the store ?! How is this professional? This is the first and last time I will ever order anything from this place. Carvel is 100x more professional!!! Also, the cakes aren’t made on premises. My cake has been ready at another location and the person who works here waited until the last minute to go pick it up and transport it to this locat

ordered two Sundays and got one scoop of chocolate one scoop vanilla and was charged $18

Fresh and affordable ice cream the only drawback it is that it’s kinda on the far side from town but besides that I will be returning for some new flavors and possibly a pint ;)

Nice and clean store. Amazing staff and great customer service in the Staten Island
