Drove 25 minutes away to drive away to drive out of the drive thru with nothing. Everything I asked for at your location didn't have ! Who doesn't have chocolate ice cream or hot fudge no ingredients for the speciality drinks.

Why do you have advertising on google map if you can’t handle it? To make an order you need stay around for 20 minutes. Horrible experience.

Came here specifically to try the Sydney Sweeney drink that’s being promoted everywhere, including in the app, which showed it as available at this location. My son and I decided to order in person instead of mobile, but we ended up waiting 15–20 minutes, despite only one person being ahead of us. When I asked for the drink, the staff seemed completely unfamiliar with it. I showed them it was listed in the app, but they just said, “We don’t serve that.” No explanation, no alternative, nothing. Disappointing experience all around, especially after all the hype.

BEWARE inquire or look up prices first because this place will CHEAT you. I came here out of favor for a friend and figured since never tried Baskin Robbins try it myself when I came home found out they charged me for 6 single scoops instead of 2 triple scoops (which is exactly what I said because thats how my friend said it). So trip that should have cost $14 I was charged $26 for!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but I’m very mad. It was 7:45 The sign on the door and the Internet says that the store closes at 8:30. The doors were locked and no workers in there when I got there. I was looking forward to getting ice cream after a long, hard day but sadly couldn’t. Please update your hours to the correct times.
