The store opens at 10 AM everyday. Service was good. Place was clean and all ice cream flavors were available. If you are in Brentwood, I would recommend this place to get a yummy ice cream. I am sure you will enjoy.

I recently visited this location and ordered a small strawberry smoothie with banana. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. While preparing my order, the employee mistakenly began making a milkshake instead of a smoothie. When I asked why ice cream was being added, she firmly stated, “You said a strawberry milkshake,” despite me clearly ordering a small strawberry smoothie with banana. Rather than apologizing for the misunderstanding, her response felt dismissive, and her attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional. She rolled her eyes toward her coworker, who even suggested she just apologize. Instead, she remade the smoothie with noticeable frustration, slamming the freezer door and adding an excessive amount of ice, which impacted the taste, it lacked f

Went to this location for some quick late night snacks. When we got there 20 minutes before they closed one lady was already mopping and the other rolled her eyes before we even walked in. When we ordered both ladies were very rude and uninviting. I ordered a milkshake and the lady then told me it would be an extra dollar for whip cream which is absolutely baffling.

I went to buy two of the pre-packed ice creams. I wanted a Jamoca Almond Fudge and Chocolate Mint. There was no mint in the case so I asked if they had any in the back. The old lady glanced and said no. Went home and placed a door dash order at the same Brentwood store for 2 Chocolate Mint and they delivered. What the heck?!
