Baskin-Robbins

wasn't even a customer but was walking by (11/21) and debating whether to get an ice cream or not until i saw a customer and an employee started having a screaming match. i think these two girls knew each other from the way they were on first name basis but regardless, this was very ghetto and unprofessional and i would advise to seek out a different baskin robbins

Based on past reviews sounds like they need to retrain.. today it was a average experience. I was the only person in the building so my service was good. Took a look at the ready to go cakes and there really isn't much variety but the classic cookies and creme with white cake was available. This location has a temporary flavor of ice cream available inspired by Stranger Things I took a sample of it and it was tasty. I couldn't really taste the waffle flavor that is supposed to be the inspiration for this, but definitely was able to taste the chocolate. This location has parking on the street but it is a busy street, there is parking in the back of the building.

Tonight my husband and I had great customer service at Baskin Robbins. We were in a hurry looking for a birthday cake and this sweet employee, Mila went out of her way to help us out and make sure we were happy with the cake we purchased. She even took the time to go over the app with us and showed us how to save money on future treats. Honestly, she was so professional and absolutely pleasant. I highly recommend this neighborhood shop if you are looking for excellent customer service!

Charging 4 dollars to eat inside is crazy. The chocolate on my waffle cone tasted weird. Won't be back.

Delicious shakes with friendly service. Came here to cool off after a most interesting journey. Refreshing the experience was and a perfect way to cap off a productive day. I ordered the Twix shake. Loved it!
