My friend and I came here to this location for the first time to look for an ice cream cake, but they didn't have a whole lot of ice cream cakes to choose from, however they do have lots of different flavors of ice cream to choose from. There were two young girls who work there and seem very nice, friendly and helpful to us.
The ice cream was great. Wonderful family day. The customer service needs work, they were nice, then they were not. Idk bad moment maybe. Our battery died and we got help from a very nice man. Gibbs is a little rough around the edges these days but the country side still shows.
Drive over from Western Ave (25min) to get love potion 31 after calling to confirm. Only to arrive and they won't serve ice cream because they are cleaning their freezers. Completely unacceptable. Clean the equipment after operating hours. Will NEVER be back.
Staff is generally friendly. This location is in a gas station so they don't have every Baskin Robbins flavor but they do have the good ones.
Katrina was phenomenal, very sweet and easy to talk to. Takes care of her customers, give this woman a raise!
