Went to this location in Chapel Hill Mall on 8/6/25. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for the server to show back up. I asked the jeweler right next door if they were closed and she said no, said it was a lady working there. Person should have left a sign saying when she would return so I could decide if I wanted to wait. Complete waste of my time. Store is suppose to be open until 8pm. Food was left out and a cart of supplies was in the middle of the store. I left her a note, hopefully she’ll be more courteous next time she’s off doing whatever it was she was doing while leaving the store unattended. Not good for business, customer service and risking theft since the register is easily accessible. Really disappointed since I drove quite a while to get some ice cream.

Unfriendly staff. I didn’t get what I needed. 😞 Too expensive for waffle cone 3 scoops

I tried to use coupon. I don’t know what is the reason but The lady working there she doesn’t want to work or just want to be rude ..but she said I need to call customer care to use $1.99 coupon and she did same thing to my coworker too. And she didn’t even try to fix or help . I don’t know who is the manager that store but they need to fix their employees attitude.

Went to pick up a door dash order and one of the two workers was helping a customer. The other girl was making herself look busy cleaning. I was waiting in line to say i had the door dash order, i was second in line. An older couple walked up behind me and the second girl who was “cleaning” helped them before me. As she was ringing them up she saw me and said nothing. Not being helped in a timely manner made my door dash order be late for pickup.

If I could go lower then one star I would. When I was waiting to give my order the the employees are making fun of people waiting in line to order. When we asked them what they where doing they said they where only making fun of people walking by. Just have to say great customer service 👍 for that. After talking to the employees the owner doesn't care what happens he know he will make money. So that any comments that happen he just ignores. Good for him for not worrying.
