Stopped here for someone about 9:39p since the website shows they’re open until 10p, but they were closed. The three employees yelled “we closed” only after I asked if they close early but not before they laughed as if it was funny that the website and both signs on the window say 10pm on Fri. I hope they train their staff better as too many people go postal over what others may think is small.

Do not come here. Terrible customer service. We came at 9pm to get two brownie sundaes and there were two teenagers working. They were playing loud music and had a friend on the side who didn't work there getting free ice cream. They proceeded to make comments about how they don’t like when people come in last minute when there was a whole hour before closing. The girl and guy did not seem like they wanted to help me. The scoops were small and it took a long time to get me my sundaes. If they don’t want to work there, they should just quit and stay home. Never coming back here again.

Rude as hell! These little teenagers think they're all bad ass with their ugly little attitudes. Went here last night with 3 kids, ordered 2 royals, 2 shakes, 2 sundaes. The girl helping me wouldn't even respond when I was tak ling to her, she ignored me completely when I was confirming what order she was making. She looked annoyed the whole time. They also serve very skimpy scoops! Nothing but rotten kids who need a lesson on customer service, don't go here

I went there on the 4th of July for a warm brownie sundae. The scoop of ice cream that I got on them was not even scoops they were literal tiny ovals that sat side by side. It wasn't even an ice cream scoop. It was more like an ice cream shave that wanted to turn into a Leaf shape but turned into an oval instead. The ice cream ovals were not even round scoops they sat side by side so tiny over the brownie. I thought that she was going in for a little more scoop but literally put this small oval slice. Not really a scoop at all especially when it should be two scoops for almost $10. If that's the way they're supposed to scoop now it's not even stingy. It's literally less than money's worth. Bad Customer Service!!! Tonight I was serviced by Isabel. At first she seemed shy but then it was obvious that she was annoyed to help me because I asked if I can get a sample of three sherbets. I then made a decision to get lemon sherbet. I asked if I can get a pint. She said they don't sell it in that size. I then asked her in what size can I get it. She then said they do sell it in that size but it's not the same price as the ones ready for sale. I then told her I would like a pint. At this point she was working as if she did not want to help me. Once she filled the pint. She asked if there is anything else I needed, I said like I would also like a pint of cookies & cream and a pint of Jamoca without almonds she grabbed the cookies and cream from the freezer and put it in the back coun
