Baskin-Robbins

Ordered from here on DoorDash, got a 3 scoop and didn’t get any of the correct flavors. It wasn’t marked as out, the dasher wasn’t aware either. Whoever worked there just crossed the flavors out on the physical receipt, leaving us to see when delivered. Also got a sundae that was barely ice cream and all fudge pretty much lol, Every other ice cream shop in town is better to be honest

Very nice updated and clean Baskin Robbins. Good selection of ice cream cakes and ice cream pizzas to choose from. Staff was super friendly!!

Went in last night and worker was rude and didn’t seem to want to do their job. When I asked for a milkshake, they claimed they were “ out of milk” disappointed to say the least

I ordered an ice cream cake 2 weeks ago to pick up today (Sat. May 17th) for my Daughter’s birthday party. The only girl working there had no idea we had 5 other orders ready, but had no idea I had even ordered a cake until I showed her my order confirmation, which she said wasn't for today, but for May 17th (which is today). She said she would make it but it would take around 2 hours, which wasn't possible as we had to be at the party we had planned. So we had to pick from what they had ready at the store. My daughter picked a cake that costed slightly more than what we had ordered, though it wasn't nearly as nice as what we paid for. Adter calling her manager, she refused to match the price of what we had ordered, or even give us the slightest discount for their obvious error, which left

Basically the same old Baskin Robbins we have all grown up loving, but this location has nice staff, it's not too far from the East Side beaches on a hot summer day, and they have added some new flavors like the Caramel Macchiato and Chocolate Oreo Cookies and Cream that are delicious.
