My daughter and I recently discovered this place, and we've been going frequently for the ice cream. The price was reasonable, and the selection was decent. There's one employee that is consistently rude to us, but we've been willing to put up with her attitude until the recent price increase. Almost nine dollars for two single scoops? Luckily there's other options in our area.

Horrible customer service and really bad attitudes. Been here multiple times and every time it gets worse. First time my boyfriend ordered ice cream in a dish because he's allergic to gluten and it came out in an everything wafflecone which he couldn't eat. We tried going to the front door to tell them. The door was locked and they refused to come and answer. We couldn't go through the drive through because everyone was lined up for dunkin. Second time was just as bad. Customer service was terrible. Door was still locked and the attitudes were bad. They were out of every simple flavor I asked for. Then as we were waiting on our order they tried charging us twice and they supposedly just ran out of whipped cream and all the ingredients I ordered. Again still charging us for stuff we never

Never have flavor that's wanted. Mobile order for double scoop only given one plus no topping that I paid an extra .89 for. Save the frustration and drive 10 mins to LITTLE RED BARN.

Sorry for the novel, but this was just poor customer service. This is a new location and I was unable to find the hours of operation online. Not a big deal of course. All other locations in the area said 10:00pm, so I figured this one would be the same. I drove 15 minutes and showed up at 9:00pm ready for some ice cream, only to be greeted by a locked door with a sticker telling me that the hours of operation did in fact go until 10:00pm. Again, no big deal. There could very well have been a legitimate reason for closing early, but I wouldn’t get to know because the employees chose to ignore me when I knocked on the door to ask. They looked right at me and continued to clean as if they couldn’t see or hear me. One employee went as far as to wheel food racks from the back up front to block

The selection of flavors it not good. Service is not friendly. They do not have most items on the menu and if you order them online , they will serve you something that you did not order if they didn't have what you ordered.
