Took my kids for some Friday night ice cream. Ice cream was good. Staff was attentive although not that friendly. The waffle cone was hardly edible, totally hard in some places and chewy in others
The ice cream was delicious and the staff were very pleasant and professional. It was a great experience.
I went in looking for a cake for a last minute celebration and Blake was amazing! He helped me find the perfect cake and even gave me tips on how to store it since our party was going to be at a park he suggested using a cooler with dry ice, which was super helpful. He also pointed out the survey on the receipt so I could get a dollar off my next purchase. Super kind and helpful !
The owners of this Baskin Robbins go above and beyond for there staff and customers. I have been going there for years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Baskin-Robbins of Bonita California I go daily for my cappuccino blast. Keep up the good work.
Cannot get an order right. Ordering through DoorDash, this location always misses things as simple as hot fudge topping or fails to include requested flavors of ice cream. Terrible quality control and possibly failure to train employees.
