My boyfriend and I went there tonight after dinner and let me just say Alex was sooo helpful and kind! He offered a free sample of anything we wanted to try and did such a great job explaining each ice cream and he answered every question we had. Please if you’re a manager seeing this give Alex a raise or something to show how much you appreciate his work! And if you’re Alex reading this, thank you you made our night!

My experience at Baskin Robbins was straight-up infuriating. The staff was beyond rude—they acted like complete jerks the entire time. When I tried to ask about a flavor, the employee snapped at me like I was an idiot for even asking. It got worse when I politely asked for her name to report the awful behavior, and she flat-out refused, giving me this smug look like she was untouchable. The whole vibe was hostile, and it ruined what should’ve been a simple ice cream stop. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a shop before. I’m done with this location—plenty of other places serve ice cream without the attitude. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Stale cake cones or just bad ones. Great ice cream. The love potion is amazing. The staff is very nice and the store is very clean. They don't have 31 flavors here, but it's nice having Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' donuts combined. I forgot to take the picture before I ate it. Lol.

The staff was very rude. The girl working there just walked away asking us if anyone has helped us. We stood there for over 10 minutes with no assistance.

This is a really good variety of Baskin Robins and Dunkin. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The donuts that I got 2 weeks ago were really fresh and delicious and so was the ice cream cone that I just got from BR. Each time I visit the staff is really professional, friendly and happy to help.
