This happened on Tuesday between 12:45–12:50 PM, Nov 11, 2025. I came in to look at ice cream cakes for my birthday. While I was taking a quick picture (literally a few seconds), the employee Dalia told me to “keep the doors closed,” and then stood there staring at everything I was doing like she was monitoring me for no reason. When we told her we didn’t want her help after that, she laughed as if she was mocking us. The manager was right there watching this whole interaction and said absolutely nothing. No apology, no professionalism, just silence. I filed a complaint with corporate the same day, and corporate responded immediately and said the store would contact me within two business days. It has now been two days and, just like the behavior I saw in person, this store failed to fol

My daughter got a Oreo cappuccino blast and it was very nasty, bitter and over all we were very disappointed. This was the first time ever this has happened. We would go to this location almost 2x a month and get a range of items from ice cream, the cappuccino blast and banana royal. It usto always be 100% delicious now I truly doubt we will be back. I'm not sure if it was a new hire/employee but they have never messed up a order this bad where it taste nasty. For us to never want to go back. I'd recommend any other location but this one.

Couple weeks ago one coworker his son and myself were in the area and decided to stop by to grab a treat,. This place has many flavors to choose from and very tasty ice cream. I would definitely have to come again and try a different flavor

The experience was nice in this store. The employee is so kind the cakes are so good the design of the cake are so good lovea it 100 percent recommended
