I have been getting both our kid's birthday cakes done here for years and years. We just found out my son is allergic to dairy. Today I was told they cannot make my son's birthday cake with their non dairy cookies and cream ice cream. They say because the person doing the cakes "can't get to that kind of ice cream in the back." ??? It makes no sense. All I know is they refuse to make it with their only dairy free option. The woman working there kept telling me they c ould do it with different ice creams, even after I kept telling her that he is allergic to milk! I don't get it, but they have permanently lost all my business. I will never be back. I feel so bad for my son. This really is horrible customer service.

The ice cream was good the staff was a bit overwhelmed and couldn't get to the tables in time to clean them as people cycled through. Some people werent good about cleaning up after themselves either so not at all staffs fault for dirty. I would say more staff on the 31st and all will be well. I will do another review the next 31st.

The Baskin-Robbins here in Medford, is an okay place to get ice cream with your friends and family. Much of their customer service depends on who is working, and how long they've been working there for. We have been there several times, and it seems like they go through a lot of employee changes, understandably.. In any case the ice cream is tasty, and reasonably priced. Give them a shot, you got at least 31 flavors to choose from!

I placed my order for birthday ice cream cake, paid for it 24 hours in advance, and to write on it Happy Birth Day “ person name “ to make it a special day for someone. Leave it to Baskin- Robbins to take your payment and to find the cake blank was no writing on it at the time of pick up. I asked calmly to speak to someone to write on the cake _what should have been already done 24 hours ago when I ordered and paid for it_ and the sales associate told me it’s not my fault , I didn’t take your payment, I am not qualified to write on the cake, I am here by my self and the nearest time someone will be here will be in an hour . Funtime when u plan your loved ones birthday and it get ruined by excuses of incompetency.

Made my daughter's birthday extra special!! Thank you so much to management/staff for accommodating my last minute ice cream cake request. The cake was beautifully decorated and equally delicious! Plus, the smiles it helped create were priceless! :) Great staff, great service, great product!
