Worst experience ever they scam you here I ordered a Layered Sundae and the girl making it only put two scoops and I told her she was making it wrong and she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. Mind you I had my kid with me and she was acting so rude. And cussing underneath her breath. So I told her if she didn’t like her job she shouldn’t work there. For a layered sundae at this point should be charged as a two scoops instead of $9.xx now that’s a scam. Do better baskin Robbin’s! the older lady there didn’t even stopped her with her nasty attitude at all. Last time I come to this location I would not tolerate someone disrespecting me in front of my child especially.

I recently visited a local baskin Robbins in my community and was met with a complete lack of acknowledgment upon entering. The customer service was abysmal, leaving me feeling out of place and unwelcome. The experience was further marred by what I can only describe as racism, which is unacceptable in any setting. Despite this negative encounter, I remain hopeful for the future. I believe that the integration of AI and robots into our society may bring about positive changes, offering a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all. I eagerly anticipate a future where technology can bridge divides and foster a sense of unity. Overall, my experience in my own community was deeply disappointing, but I am optimistic about the potential for progress and inclusivity in the future.

Provide trash bin for your customers. They reflect your care for the community and property shared by others

Friendly multi-lingual staff quickly prepared everything correctly. Free spoonful tastes of the 31 (actually 32) flavors. Inside seating but most carry out. No drive through. Parking is shared with neighboring stores but is free. The place seems clean and well-maintained. They came out to clean up tables and floor while we were there. They have well-stocked freezer or pre-packaged ice cream and ice cream cakes too.

Bought myself a rocky road and ate it in-store. While sitting here, the girl staffing was super patient with a family that came in with three kids. The kids were asking a million and one questions and she was clearly enjoying talking to them. Kudos to BR for hiring the right staff. This location has lots of parking in this strip mall and store is super clean on a warm Monday afternoon. I don't think there is a public restroom here. Seating is limited to 4 tables of 4 with no outdoor seating.
