Ordered a cake online from this store and was not disappointed. Service from the employees was super good, they were all nice, and the cake was phenomenal. Would definitely come here again

Ice cream is as expected for the chain, but the store was enforcing a customer limit in the store presumably due to social distancing issues. They were rather rude about chasing out customers who missed the sign, which reflects what was described by the other reviewers of this location as well. It's understandable that there needs to be social distancing, but they could at least be a little more polite.

I ordered online a specific ice cream cake to be picked up, turns out it's very different. Color was off. The servers can't clearly tell, whether my online order pre-packed was a Quart or a Pint. I don't know if their online program was bad, or their server was just skipping things. Disappointed, considering how they are actually pretty good for their other in-store services.

This place is small and usually pretty busy. People who work here are nice and helpful. Prices seem a little steep, but I think it's the norm nowadays. Can't go wrong with jamoca almond fudge.

2 stars for the cake only. I am in a wheelchair & sent my caregiver to pickup the cake I ordered online. She said there were 4 employees in the store & she was the only customer. One employee looked twice for the cake and told my caregiver she was at the wrong store. She asked them to look it up by my phone number. Surprise, the cake was found. 15 minutes of frustration & delay and no apology. None of the other employees stepped in to help. Your system is broken for online orders & your employees are clueless on how to serve customers. Loved the cake, hated I had to listen to someone, who was doing me a favor, complain.
