Basecamp Puyallup a Travelodge by Wyndham

Eliza and April are the best, super friendly staff, clean rooms, everyone was very polite and respectful. When there was an issue and I left a message to the management throwing a fit, instead of brushing it off they had it fixed within an hour, then followed up the next day.

I enjoyed my stay at Basecamp it was clean comfortable and convenient location for my business trip

Extremely rude staff to try and understand a transaction I apparently made on September 23rd 2025. They will give you the run around, they will tell you to call Wyndham Complaints and then you will be constantly looped in their phone system. They will eventually tell you to contact the same establishment you called at the very beginning. If I did make a booking I never received a receipt. Plus where were the terms and conditions of such a purchase I never had them in writing. They will tell you purchased through a third party application, when on the bank statement it clearly states Basecamp Puyallup on the transaction. They essentially fraudulently stole my money. I have disputed this transaction through my bank. If I don't receive my refund soon I will be going to the Better Business Bur

Positive: Checking out! Negative: The hotel is three levels with no elevator. No assistance available to get luggage to higher floors. ADA accommodations denied after being told it would be given a first floor room.

Clean rooms and nice staff but the cars out front are a bit noisy. Overall a pretty good place
