Bartow Public Library

The ABSOLUTELY WORSE library experience! Patrons and staff have no common sense or regard for silence. It's called the LIBRARY! NOT the PARK or recreation department. Expressed my concern with a staff member and he didn't not acknowledge the feedback. There wasn't empathy or any type of concern. I had earbuds in my ear at full volume and still could here patrons talking. This is the Bartow Zoo!! Eagle Lake and Lakeland locations are much more respectful of the "quiet" concept. RIDICULOUSLY disappointed.

Very friendly and patient staff. I use the library to print, scan, and email documents. I also like they have the Hoopla App. to checkout Ebooks.

Well the facilities are well kept. Staff was extremely helpful. Very pleased with meeting room amenities.
