You better make sure your payment gets there earlier than the due date. They will charge you a penalty for it getting there on time and refuse to fix it. Plus their rates have gone up alot. They are one of the reasons I am looking to move closer to Tulsa.

Quality of water keeps going down(smells fishy)(leaves orange water stains in my shower and toilet)(my dogs prefer to drink condensation from a/c unit then drink their water) yet prices keep going up(almost double from 2 years ago). They "Helped" by using my deposit to pay some of the "New" charges(with out my knowledge). Then, when the deposit got used up they went ahead and demanded a new deposit... I couldn't use my water for 3 days last month when we had a "False Reading" supposedly, wheres my compensation for that? Side note, there is only 2 places in Bartlesville with bullet proof glass, why is the water department one of them? Seems fishy like are water.....

Horrible. They don’t offer autopay for your water bill unless you come in and deal with the hateful people at their front desk to get a stupid form to fill out. Like come one people it’s 2025. Get this service online. You should be able to setup autopay without having to come in. When am I supposed to get there anyways? They are only open from like 9-4 absolutely ridiculous. They want you to get behind so you have to pay their ridiculous past due fees. I swear only in Bartlesville do they put the dumb people in charge. Spend money on stupid signs across town, but would not dare spend money on anything useful.

The leak repair crew were on the job. They have to deal with old pipe just like the rest of the world. They were professional in their approach. I figure they will be back. It is old pipe.

There's one lady I've ever talked to there that has been professional and nice. The rest don't care at all. They shut my water off with no notice with children in the house, along with someone pretty much hanging up on me, many of them won't give you details or info on things if you're new at paying Bills. You have to pull it out of them and feel like your an inconvenience the whole time, or they simply lack the knowledge and send you along. (Updated) recently, I have had slightly better experiences with some new employees they have.
