Absolutely amazing 👏 service and dining experience. 💯 Even while possibly being short-staffed for the enormous volume of customers (because, duh 💁‍♀️ who wouldn't wanna dine and drink here?) Service was quick, courteous and efficient. Lovely atmosphere and good vibe and music. Shoutout to Harrison - whom was tending at the bar super Sonic speed and checking in on how the food/drinks were for everyone, bussing, refilling waters, and making nice conversation when he could. You can tell that management cares about the establishment and their staff - so, i highly recommend you visit and keep this lovely place in business at North Hills!!

We love this place. They treat us like family. The food and servers are excellent. Amazing tacos and sides. Drinks always perfect down to the sweet tea with mint. Thank you for choosing our town to locate your restaurant :) ohh and very reasonable with pricing!

We showed up 25 minutes before closing time. We told the manager Taylor that we would just get something to go since they were about to close. She said “no way you guys come sit down and eat!” She was so friendly and welcoming. Then our server Cayla (hopefully I didn’t spell that wrong) again was SOOOOOOOO friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and was amazing since it was our first time eating there. Food was delicious and had such great flavors. Cayla also gave us some churros that we could try. Then on our way out Taylor gave us two free taco tokens. We were here for the weekend and all of the places we ate at were great. But bar taco was just above and beyond. Thank you guys for the experience.

An incredible FIVE STAR meal at Bartaco in Midtown, North Hills, Raleigh. The seasonal fruit with tajin and the street corn (off the cobb) were awesome. Equally great, we enjoyed the pork belly, cauliflower, crispy shrimp, and chile-lime shrimp tacos. The ginger mint tea for the driver and a glass of wine for the passenger wrapped up our dinner menu. Awesome meal! Now, the only downside. During peak time the crowd noise is extremely LOUD inside the restaurant. Exacerbating the problem, the music is wide open. Great in a night club, but should be toned down in the restaurant. If you sit OUTSIDE the volume is toned down a bit... Or, you can go during 'off' hours. Great place to eat or pickup! Ah-mazing!!! Wifey and I visted first time recently and can’t wait to return! To summarize the below, they set the bar in literally every aspect. • Carnitas Tacos (5 stars) – Scrumptiously, refreshingly unique take on tacos! 99% of the time, we go for very traditional tacos – carnitas with only fresh chopped white onions, cilantro, and cotija, with a spritz of lime, our fave but these had some sort of unique sauce and essentially little to nothing in common with our fave, which these tacos have now become! • Paloma Fresca Marg (5 stars) – Insanely delicious, best ever margarita! Here again, 99% of time we make our own – pure agave silver + fresh squeezed lime + Cointreau – most ones out too sweet but our server suggested plus made these even a little less so (she doubles as a bartender)
