"What is not to like...?" Though, this is a cheap review, as we stopped once for coffee and a nibble to start our travel day. I riffed on Breakfast Roll #2, no cheese, pastrami vs. bacon. Impressive! Too bad there is nothing like this where we live, I might never do B'fast at home again. Good coffee. My wife liked the latte, but was gobsmacked when the knish arrived! They grow them in logs here, chopped into plaid paper boat thicknesses and heater. The mustard matches well, but she could only eat the cheesy parts. Clean enough, but this place seems to do serious volumes. We were lucky to get a counter height 3 top, as the place was full and the folks are taking their sweet time. The pastry case is INSANE. The Cheesecakes are also monster sized. Two ovens, microwaves, a panini press, and a
Best sandwich, coffee, bakery, desert place in Eugene, if not Oregon. Sandwiches are exceptional as well as breakfast options, hot or cold. Selection of coffee drinks. Baked goods are some of the best you’ll have. Homemade and authentic. Definitely go here when your in Eugene.
I adore this place. My partner and I go weekly, the food is amazing and the girls there are just the best. I spilled my whole coffee onto the ground, and they were so kind and understanding and didn’t make me feel bad at all. They made me a new coffee and made it not so mortifying. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’d recommend the BLT and matzo ball soup.
The most incredible Lemon Fingers EVER! The BLT with cream cheese was also delicious and so was the Reese’s cookie that I took home for later!
Lived in the area for 8yrs and this is the first time coming in. Definitely gonna be my new go-to for hot, filling breakfast! Let's get the negative out of the way first. The place is small, and the seating hard. Decor was local art for sale and it was beautiful, however the paint feels dated and is chipped on corners. Minor cosmetic improvements could be made. Lots of handwritten signs up around the place. The atmosphere felt cheap. Everything else was great! I ordered the breakfast special sandwich and a Cafe Au Lait to go. Everything was fresh and HOT, like really hot! I got home and sipped my coffee while I waited for my sandwich to cool enough to enjoy. Having to smell it while I waited was painful... But soooo worth the wait! I dunno what those negative reviews about "bland taste" wa
