Really enjoyed our visit here. The atmosphere is great, with good music and a very comfortable vibe. The service stood out — the owners and staff came over to greet us and were very attentive the whole time. The food was well prepared. The chicharrón was crispy and flavorful, and everything paired nicely with the potatoes, patacón, guacamole, and sauces. A nice extra touch was the fruit herbal tea they offered us. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to.

The food at BarrelHouse goes crazy. I saw this spot pop up here on Google Maps, and hadn’t ever seen it before. It looked like a spot I had to try, and I’m so glad I did. The guy who greeted us at the door (the owner maybe?) was super welcoming and friendly. The staff were all really nice, even if service was a bit slow. To be fair, they were pretty busy. Everything me and my wife tried was amazing. I particularly liked the sliders and smoked pineapple side dish. It was so amazing to be given a variety of sauces to add to each item. Made it a really fun experience. So many delicious flavor combinations. Can’t recommend this place enough. I’d even go as far as to say this is the best food I’ve had in the neighborhood.

When I heard this place had a brick and mortar, I just HAD TO PULL UP. Please forgive the pictures of the half eaten food, but we were all so excited to eat. Everything was fantastic! The service was kind and quick and the music wasn't too loud. Granted, it wasn't very full this particular day but it was a great time either way. We had the ceviche de chicharrón as an appetizer to start. It was DELICIOUS. They also came with 4 different sauces to try out. All of them were delicious! I actually mixed the tamarind bbq with the signature hot sauce-so so so good!! We also got grilled chicken with rice and beans, smoked ribs in BBQ sauce with a crispy, crunchy arepa, and an order of salchipapa. We really enjoyed our visit: the food is great and the ambience is lively. The ceviche chicharron is my favorite!!The staff are all friendly especially Shirley. She is attentive and tried her best to explain the menu/specials both in Spanish and English.

Met up with a friend to catch up this place is newly opened. We were seated immediately amazing customer service the chef/owner stopped by our table just to see if we were ok. The place got full tray the time left. Highly recommend.
