Barrel Boys BBQ

I stopped in for lunch on Friday. The brisket was wagyu and it was amazing. Excellent flavor, smoked to tender, but not as much moisture as it should have had but still very good. The ribs were tender and juicy with excellent flavor. The beans and mac n cheese were delicious. Prompt service. Hot food. Clean restaurant and friendly crew.

My wife and I came across this amazing BBQ spot while visiting from Missouri…we were amazed beyond words. Our silence throughout the meal spoke the loudest. I got the burnt ends with pork and beans and potato salad and my wife got the ribs with potato salad and pickled Cole slaw. The meats were tender and flavorful…but the sides…THE SIDES were chefs kiss. All the meals come with a roll and pickles and peppers..the pickles and peppers were a perfect addition to the rich meats and sides. Overall we were beyond satisfied with our experience and look forward to coming back very soon! Amazing job Barrel Boys!

Barrel Boys BBQ gives you true smoked BBQ with customized sides you won't find anywhere else. I'm a smoked-meat snob and loved every bite. The brisket is beautiful and tender and the Piggy-Mac was a great in and of itself. This place makes my "put-it-on-your-trip" list of you like down home BBQ.

I have been here twice, and both times I had very good experiences. The owners are so friendly, and engage with all of the customers. The beef brisket slices are the best I have ever had! It is so tender, and flavorful. The ribs are very good, with an amazing flavor. Side dishes..try the potato salad, it is homemade. It is also the best potato salad I have ever had. I highly recommend trying Barrel Boys. It's def. the best bbq around! You won't be disappointed!

We are so blessed in the Wichita BBQ scene. I was finally able to make it out to Barrel Boys BBQ at 13th and Meridian today where I enjoyed some of the best BBQ our fine city has to offer. I went with The Full Barrel and chose ribs, brisket, turkey, and pulled pork for my meats with beans, Slaw, Mac, and potato salad plus a corn bread. These flavorful meats were smoked to perfection with my personal favorite being the ribs, although I liked how the pulled pork tasted in these little rolls with some Slaw and pickled peppers, coming in a very close third was dipping a bit of brisket in BBQ sauce with a piece of pickled pepper 👌. My favorite of the side would probably be the potato salad, it's loaded with bacon, green onion, and creamy goodness. If you're like I was and haven't tried Barrel B
