Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. I had every flavor of the bottomless mimosas, and they were all very good.
We recently went to Barracuda’s new location (which was also our first time visiting Barracuda at all), and I think it’s such a cool concept that they share the same roof as 80 Proof. They have a great variety of Latin dishes to choose from, and they nailed the arepas, Mofongo, and Lomo. Great drinks, desserts, and apps! I’m not able to compare this location to the original because I had never been, but I was impressed. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the staff makes it really easy to restaurant hop if you choose to!
Great little bar that has an amazing twist. The food is good and there's such a large variety of small plates to share with your friends, with the larger plates to satisfy those looking for a flavorful and interesting dinner. The mojitos are heavy on the mint but don't lose their delicious flavor. Definitely great for date night or a night out with friends!
This was our first time here and it was such a nice surprise. We didn’t expect to walk in the far back of the restaurant and have a speakeasy type vibe. The server Ella was wonderful and took care of us perfectly. We had the Latin wings and avocado sashimi. It was absolutely amazing! The arepas and Mac n cheese were fantastic as well! we will definitely be back

Atmosphere/Appearance: First and foremost, I highly recommend that you make reservations in advance. We got lucky today. Set right downtown New Haven near Yale is this gem. Good luck with your own parking since this place doesn't have a private lot, but there are plenty of spaces on the street or structures around. It's a cozy and quaint place that can't hold a lot of people. It's almost always packed in here and the energy is through the roof. I loved it. The left side of the restaurant is the bar section with a half-wall separating it from the other side, which ho
