I make a few trips per year inside this fantastic store for special reasons. This was my first visit this year and I made the best of it! One of the staff members set me up with the rewards program to earn points and she gave me a coupon for the Starbucks inside. The barista was amazing and my coffee was delicious! Overall, the atmosphere was fantastic. I'll return soon and maybe stay for lunch and read.

I had to give a one star but they don’t deserve that!! I ordered a Halloween Mine Craft book for my grandson on 10/17/25 and I got the run around for over a week whether it was in the store or not. They could never find it. Come back, it hasn’t been delivered. (I had it delivered to the store.) Well during my last visit on 10/24/25 to see if it had arrived, I was told that it had probably been marked ARC and another one would have to be ordered. As I was about to leave, they found it on the pickup shelf. I opened the book to read it before making my grandsons treat bag from me and I find this!! ARC 2838 Jav on the back side of the front book page. So it was marked ARC and then I guess they realized oops we made a mistake and put it on the shelf. Well they’re going to be ordering me anothe

Love this place!!! My toddler loves the kids area, he loves reading all the books and the train set. I also love browsing all the books, just wish there were places to sit and read! There's a few tables in the café area but it's usually busy.

As usual, AMAZING. Got everything I wanted! Beautiful books, popular books, wrapping paper, DVDs and Blu-rays, and audio books on CDs. Wanted to get a damaged book that should be new, staff took 10% off the top. Most of the DVDs and CDs had sick discounts. Very cozy café. B&N is one of our last safe havens for physical media.
